The model is the only stock used. The rest was created by me in Phtoshop CS3. Please see the original photo. Some of the best and most generous stock on DA. His personal site is on the piece. Check the link to his actual portfolio as well. Not just beautiful work but very creative mind!
Unless otherwise noted all of my works are drawings or sketches I scan in and paint in CS3. If they are hand done they are almost always mixed media using 3 or more media. With Wallpapers if I didn't do the render and the information is available I keep the owners info at the bottom along with my info on the final design. If it's not on there and not mentioned in my description it's because I did the render as well.
